The closet laundry room is one that is definitely out of the ordinary. If your laundry room is on the ground floor and you want it upstairs, all you have to do is fit your master closet with the right water set up and you can turn it into a laundry room closet.
Another unique closet idea is to turn it into an office. Perhaps you have an extra closet but not an extra room to turn into the office you need. This requires some creative thinking on your part and you will end up with closet office and the extra work space so sorely needed.
Other unique and crazy closet ideas are to turn that extra space into a work out room, a wine closet for storing wine, and a closet sauna. These are just some of the things you can turn your extra closet into if you don't need it and it is good sized. Of course some of these ideas will take money to pull off but if you want it bad enough, it is well worth it.

I only know one person who put the washer/dryer in the closet. It is a great idea if you have the space. I would use it as a hamper - then just pour in the soap and turn it on when it got full. My washer/dryer are in my kitchen so the laundry is easy to do while cooking up a nice bunch'a vittles.
